SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavor to deliver the product within 7-8 working days from the date of order placement. In some cases, depending on the stock availability, delivery may happen sooner or may take longer. In such instances, we will inform you through telephone or e-mail.

The delivery time is specific to individual products and the same is specified for that product on its product page.

We provide free delivery on all the items if your order value is Rs. 800/- or more. Otherwise, Rs. 80/- is charged for delivery. There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.

In some cases, depending on the stock availability, the duration of shipping may take longer & the same will be intimated to you through telephone or email.

We process all our shipments through established courier companies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via government-registered book-post or speed post.

We deliver only in India. You are welcome to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, but you have to ensure that the delivery address is in INDIA.

Check product condition on delivery, and if you do not find the product in good condition, or, if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery of the package and inform us through an email info.penhance@gmail.com or call us on +91 9899969933 (Monday to Saturday, between 10 am and 6 pm) mentioning your order reference number. We will put in our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
