Return & Refund Policy

At Penhance, every product passes a strict Quality Check before shipping. We use ample foam and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

For transparency, each order is photographed during packaging with contents visible, helping us address any rare cases of shortfall or damage.

If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory product, please follow our return guidelines for quick resolution.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info.penhance@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 96540168939 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and share the return address / pickup process.
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll arrange free return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer / UPI.

5. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped.

6. Cancellation After Payment

  • Orders received usually gets shipped the next day/same day if received before 1 pm.
  • If you wish to hold or change your order, contact us via WhatsApp/call 96540168939.
  • Payment differences will be refunded or adjusted via a payment link.
